Holidays in Saddle

6 days, 5 nights

Horse riding The tranquil countryside around the village of Kadyny is inspirational for both relaxation and energetic activity. Ravines and sleepy valleys are flanked by ancient oak and beech woods, open meadows and rolling hills. The north-western boundary of Kadyny is the calm and wide Vistula Bay, protected from its parent Baltic sea by a thin strip of land created through five thousand years of silting. The palace grounds to the south-east melt gently into Kadyny Wood, where the thousand year old Bazinski Oak, largest and oldest in Poland, looms 25 m tall. The 33.000 acre park is home to wild boar, stag, badger, hare, fox, squirrel, yenote and silka deer, which are not found elsewhere in Europe, as well as many unusual mountain plants.
